One-On-One Benchmarking Support

No-cost technical assistance is available! If you are a Sacramento Municipal Utility District customer or provide professional services to one, you are eligible to receive no-cost one-on-one benchmarking assistance from Selling Energy. Our benchmarking experts can answer questions on how to best configure your building in Portfolio Manager®, how to set-up SMUD's Web Services, or how to troubleshoot errors you've encountered while benchmarking.

Request assistance using one of these options:

1) Email us directly at info@sellingenergy.com

2) Leave us a message at 415-814-3744 and we'll return your call shortly.

Make sure you provide your name, email address, and a brief description of the question(s) you have. One of our benchmarking experts will reply within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).

Are you a customer with a larger portfolio of buildings on SMUD's Campus Billing? If so, we can show you how to export your data out of the SMUD EPO and upload it directly into Portfolio Manager using a custom template. Get in touch with us to find out how we can help streamline your energy consumption data management procedures.

We look forward to working with you!
