Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) is dedicated to helping its customers adopt voluntary and compliance-based building performance benchmarking.  SMUD offers customers no-cost solutions including online and in-person training, technical support focused on the use of ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®, and resources for service providers trying to leverage benchmarking to build their businesses. This site is owned and managed by EEFG, Inc.
